Nestled in the basement of Spokane’s Flour Mill is this small and mighty noodle house. Madarin language resounds from its tiny kitchen, while noodles, dumplings, won tons, and pot stickers are slurped up by the chop sticks of happy customers. Gets mega busy during peak hours. Larger groups should order ahead.

Chan’s is a wonderful surprise in Spokane! All the dishes are made with great care and ingredients. Fresh and handmade noodles, this is a delicious place for lunch or dinner. Casual and cozy spot in the Flour Mill. We were so excited we barely had time to remember a picture!

This may not be the most beautiful food but it was absolutely delicious!!! Went to Chans noodle house with the kids for some noodles and dumplings and were not disappointed!! The kids made audible “mmmm”s and “this is so good!”s throughout the whole meal. We got the beef and onion steamed dumplings and the pork and shrimp potstickers to start and then the chans special which is chowmein style noodles with minced pork and the beef noodle soup. It was delightful even on a hot day! Downstairs in the flour mill in the heart of downtown The minced pork was in a sauce that was pretty salty but it was tasty. The seating was very limited and tiny but that’s not their fault as the venue is old and small it’s self

They seem to have just barely opened but they were very kind and attentive to me! I came here to eat alone and experience what this place had to offer! The vibes were cute as the space wasn't very large but the dumplings were in flavor I got the pork and cabbage potstickers with a soda and it came with some absolutely delicious and mildly hot dipping sauce!!! The prices were quite fair for the food that was given, and it did fill me up pretty fast. They were fast-paced, and moderately happy people that gave great service I will be coming back again once they get completely situated in on their new restaurant.

Best dumplings in Spokane! We ordered the cucumber salad, spicy wontons, pork & cabbage dumplings, beef & onion pot stickers, and Chan's beef noodle soup for three people. Everything was delicious, the portions were great to order family style and split, and the meal was affordable! I was pleasantly surprised by this unsuspecting hidden gem located on the lower level of the Flour Mill. We dined in and sat outside of the restaurant at a table in the building (next to the stairs under the skylight). They also served tea with cute tea cups, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend Chan's and will definitely be back.

Great little noodle and dumpling place. They were super friendly and welcoming. When I said I hadn't had good noodles/ dumplings in a while and they just put together a meal for me off menu. Brisket was so tender- delicious.

Went here with my son. Really nice staff and cozy clean atmosphere. I had the beef noodle soup and it was super tasty and warmed me up. I hadn’t had this style of soup in a long time and this was the best version of the dish I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back and bringing others

For a cute little shop they go above and beyond with the food. Locally owned this place is a hidden jem. New to the area and I'm so glad I stopped here. The wonton and beef noodles are mouth watering. I can't recommend this place enough. If you love noodles and like to support local businesses I HIGHLY recommend stopping in. Prices are great for the crazy size of the portions. I will be coming back over and over.
